    Hello! Don't be too hard on yourself. You have to take it day by day. Each day try minor changes until you get where you would like to be. What I mean is that you can't run a marathon if you don't train for it. It might be wise to start walking first. Then start running a little at a time. Stay positive! You can do it! Keep me posted. Remember , you are worth the effort!
