Food Challenge Week 1: Don't allow yourself to go overboard on the Halloween Candy. Donate it, trade it in, take it to the office. Think hard about it before you eat it. It's really not worth it!

I fill a half gallon jug and keep it in the fridge. Then when I walk by or before I eat, I grab a glass.
Most of the days, I get through the whole jug but, it helps let me know where I am for the day.0 -
I keep a 32 oz. refillable bottle with me at all times. I rarely have trouble hitting my 8, so I think just having it there and available is a big part of it!
I might be doing plie squats rather than lunges due to knee issues. I'll get something done, though!0 -

Can I join this challenge?? I am pretty good with exercise, but I am REALLY floudering with nutrition and I have a half marathon scheduled for December.. Would love to join yall...0

I don't mind drinking water myself, I just kinda forget to. Have you tried adding lemon?

I have two different bottles that have those thick, sturdy, plastic straws. It allows a lot more water to pass through and goes down a lot faster. I was the same way and then I noticed that drinking through these straws for some reason makes the water easier to down. And they have measurements so I know that I need to fill it up and drink X amounts of bottles.0 -
Love it; I'm in! I didn't get any Halloween candy, as I live in a dorm. Phew! Looks like I passed the first part of the challenge! I've had 72 oz of water already today Going strong!
