My little sister told me about this site, I hope I can keep at updating it and such.

Gaining over 50lbs at my current job has made me a bit.. upset. Looking to loose as much as I can!

Why is it easier putting it on than taking it off? Bah!

Cheers!

  • So far looking over what I have eaten (today).. i can see what i shouldn't be eating! lol

i think its cool being able to see what I have eaten throughout the day, helps a lot I think.

    Welcome to MFP:bigsmile:
Look through the message boards about motivation and support and find a group to stay in touch with. it really helps me to have a group to check in with every day.

Good luck on your journey---take it one day at a time and take baby steps.

You can do it.
