So, a friend invited me to run with her in Golden Gate Park in a few days.
Besides a few little runs, I've never run outside. I've sure as hell never run far outside.
In the gym, I do HIIT on the treadmill, mixed in with some regular treadmill jogging, so it's not like I never run.
Any tips for running outside? Stuff to bring? Watch out for?

seriously running outside is like 30 million times better in my opinion! it's always so nice to have a destination! i would just say drink lots of water before you go so that you're hydrated and definitely bring a positive attitude! your going to LOVE it!
