Ready to do really use this site

I am 20 years old a wife, mother of a 5 month old, and a full-time student. I am trying to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight and just become healthier in general. I really don't have very far to go but am having trouble keeping my meals balanced. I really need help in the breakfast area. I have morning classes and many times don't have time to eat breakfast after attending to my daughter, the dog and getting myself ready. I also have a hard time eating early in the morning. Any support is welcome.

    As far as breakfast goes, on the morning where it's just too hectic to grab some real food, I eat a protein bar and drink a bottle of water in the car on the way to dropping kids off. It works great for me :)
    Welcome, and best of luck! It's not easy balancing everything, but this site really does help.

    Breakfast is easy if you have a slow cooker I put some steel cut oatmeal in there before bed and when i wake up BREAKFAST is done!
