    I would like to know too...I've been seeing it a lot the month that I have been on here, I'm sure it has something to do wtih progress or changes to the body...

    non scale victory. something good that has come from your lifestyle change that isn't your actual weight like fitting into clothes, someone noticing your weight loss, being able o do something you couldn't do before, etc.

    ^^^^this....anything that is a success that is not necessarily related to the number on the scale...clothes fit better...able to exercise more...good choices...compliments...just about anything positive:flowerforyou:
