Confused about strength training and calories burned on MFP

According to MFP, "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)" at 45 minutes burned 165 calories for me. I did:

That may be a bit on the low side, depending on intensity, fitness level, strength, age, weight, gender, etc. FYI, most of the calories burned from strength training occurs for the 48 hours after a workout as the muscles repair themselves.0

That seems pretty low. I weigh 220 pounds or so. If i did those weights and reps i would have burned about 600 calories. i would think you burned at least 200-250.0

So you did 142 total reps taking approximately 2025 mins to complete them. i typically do a lot more reps pers exercise about 100 or so per. I would say about 250.0 -
