Protein Pudding

This is my new favorite breakfast or late night snack!! OR really anytime snack, LOL!!!

1/2 C. Greek Yogurt
1/2 T. Nut butter (I love pnut butter myself!)
1/2 Scoop Chocolate protein powder (I use Max Protein from GNC!)

Mix nut butter in first... then carefully mix in Protein Powder...
At this point I add a little truvia, you could add whatever sweetner you like... or none at all...

YUM-O!!!!
You can always double the recipe also... because more is better!!!! :happy:
