On March 28th I posted that I had lost 12 pounds. I had been losing slowly but consistently. I haven't lost a single pound since then! No it's not that TOM and I have not put on muscle weight in two weeks. I have logged everything!!! My logs show a calorie deficit of 6820 last week and 2168 for this week so far. Yes, I weigh at the same time each morning. I am eating my recommended amount of calories or very close to them, even went over just a few one day. I am SO frustrated right now!

I know how you feel...I stayed at 160 from March 6th until today I finally hit 159..over 4 weeks later!!! Just be patient and keep doing what you're doing...it will come off. Remember, slow & steady wins the race.:flowerforyou:0

I like the advice that "Losing_It" has given you! Stick to it!0

Hang in there....don't give up. Your body gets used to something and gets lazy so sometimes you just need to change up your routine.0

sounds like you have hit a plateau...happens to all of us. May be time to change up your workout routine to give it some variety. I did that and have dropped an extra 5 pounds with it.
Good luck0 -

I am glad that someone else is going through the same thing! I've been stuck at 29 pounds lost for 2 weeks. The scale won't budge even though I'm going crazy with th exercise, eating, and it's not that TOM! I really want to breach that 30 pound mark but it's taking forever. It's right now that I want to give up but I have to remember slow and steady, slow and steady...!!

Thanks everyone...but it's so hard to look at the numbers and KNOW that I should have lost two pounds but to see my weight unchanged.0

I am in a hold pattern as well right now. Just keep on doing what you are doing.0
