Yes, say adios to the tablets. There is no majic pill. It takes diet and exercise...that's it.

Ive said this about a million times. Diet tablets are mainly just either Diuretics (make you pee), loaded with caffine, laxatives, and on very rare occasions they are appetite suppresants. Really the only way to lose weight is through diet and exercise

The only thing you'll say "adios" to is your money.

They can also have some adverse effects, I know Alli slimming tablets work by basically sucking the fat from your food which can then leak out I won't go into details but you can imagine where they dont say that on the packet lol. I think everyones right, just hard work good eating plan and some determination will get you through. Good luck!

Diet pills are bad bad news.

My friend is a jockey. He took them to lose weight for a horse race a once. They were supposed to be all natural. He didn't sleep for two days and when he stopped taking them he was walking around like a zombie because he was so tired. Stay away from them.

The safest, healthiest and best way to lose weight is by exercise and eating properly
