Hey,
Two weeks ago i weighed myself and the scales said 89.8 , two days later it was at 92.6 and its been that way till now , i loose weight weekly , work out everyday and eat well. Have i gained weight and why wont the scales budge down?
Ive heard that the first 20 pounds go the quickest and the rest take longer?
Thanks

When did you start working out/eating healthy?
The first amount of weight comes off easier, then it's common for your weight loss to even out and/or lessen. This is called a plateau. It takes a bit to get over the hump, but just keep doing what you're doing (but switch up work outs - foods, etc) and it'll start coming off again.
Also, muscle mass weighs more than fat tissue. If you're working out - you're probably building back some muscle weight from the fat loss.0 -
