Under on calories. WAY over on carbs

Hi
Like others, at the end of the day I'm under on calories, so I eat a snack to get all my calories in. But, each day I've been way over on carbs. I eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies, lean meat, cereal. It's so hard to keep the carbs down. Any ideas?

    Almonds! They are good for protein and calories.......

    Plain unsweetened yoghurt. Dip your fruit in it!
