I did a robb-athalon today

hour 1 i started with a 1500 yard swim at the local pool. after a 30 min break, i then went for a 12 mile bike ride in a little over an hour. 30 more min, then a 4 mile run in a little under an hour...Finally i finished with over 60 mins of weights at the gym. i am going to be hating life tomorrow, but i feel grrrrreat today! Maybe i will be able to do a tri within one year of getting off the couch.
