Im baking jiffy blueberry muffins for my husband
Im substatuting the the milk with soy milk but im not sure what I can substitute the eggs with or if I even need them at all.
Anyone know?

In most recipes, you can substitute the eggs with a lot of things. I've used sour cream, yogurt, applesauce, bananas, Ener-G Egg Replacer, silken tofu, or a mixture of 1 TBS cornstarch + 3 TBS water.0

You can also make "vegan eggs" using ~ Tbsp ground flax seed + 3 Tbsp water, letting it sit for 5 minutes.
