Spicy Honey Mustard Shrimp over Rice, all for 400 calories!
Hey Guys! Since I was fighting the urge to not go out to dinner last night and devour 1000+ calories so I decided to be a little creative in the kitchen... It was a yummy dinner I will definitely keep on file, and was only 400 calories 
Spicy Honey Mustard Shrimp Over Rice:
Ingredients:
-6 oz frozen pre-cooked medium shrimp
- 1/2 cup dry instant rice
-approx 5 TBS spicy brown Mustard
-1TBS honey
-A splash of Lemon Juice
-About 1 tsp of vinegar
-red pepper flakes to taste
- minced garlic to taste
Directions:
- Boil the rice and shrimp in separate pots, each either with a little chicken bullion or in chicken broth... It makes all the difference! - This will only take about 5 minutes
- While the rest is cooking, mix the mustard, honey, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic and red pepper flakes
- Drain, combine all, Enjoy! A quick easy dish with a kick all for 400 calories!
