    I don't hate any music, but I prefer Blues and Rock.

    If you look at my music library I have something from every genre apart from country and folk. Doesn't mean I hate it, I just choose not to listen.

    The only genre I don't 'get' at the moment is Dubstep...

    I dont hate any music. I do though, have some qualifiers before it can be considered music to my ears... 1 - There must be at least one instrument (Bass, Keyboards, Drums or Guitar) that is played by a human and 2 - The lyrics must actually be sang using mostly complete sentences and contain primarily "real words"

    While Bieber and Nickelback are the obvious answers (that I agree with) I have to say 99% of 'gangsta rap'. The lyrics are usually shallow and meaningless. The music is more about representing an expected image than producing music that you can proudly put your name on. And why do they always have to have everybody and their mom 'featured' on their albums?

    Oh, there's tons for me. I'm very into music and being that my boyfriend is a music major (jazz guitar!) I've gotten a lot more picky with my music since he's been educating me.

    I hate it with the heat of a thousand suns. And pretty much all the abuse, death and dying songs. Maybe if all the proceeds of the song went to the homeless, or battered women shelters, or medical research, but it sickens me when people profit off misery.

    "Cookie monster" singers--you know, the growly ones who can't actually sing in tune and just go "RRRRRARRRRHRHHHHHRRRRRHA ARRRRRGGRRRRR" into the mike and ruin what might have been some GREAT metal music...

    I shoot photographs for local bands (and the occasional national act when I get lucky) and I love almost all music, except for the above. I just don't get it.

    Otherwise, I am pretty open to new bands and I listen to a little of everything...except what's dubstep? I keep hearing about it...I guess I oughta go "Google" it and educate myself ;)
