What are your favorite sites for LEGITIMATE information? I'm not a big fan of "my friend so-and-so says xxxxxxx."

I like the articles on trainer Leigh Peele's website. She has lots of information that is well-researched and just plain common sense--like it says at the top!

I don't have one but I do get fed up with people on here who present their opinions or someone else's as fact. The same goes for those who are convinced that because a particular way of doing something worked for them it will do the same for everyone else.0

^^^Yes, what she said.^^^ I have bookmarked them all as well. Lot's of good information.
I always tell my kids to learn from their mistakes and to compound that by learning from others mistakes as well as others sucesses. A week ago, I decided to start following people who actively participate here and have done (or, are doing) what I want to do. I'm pretty stoked about what I have learned since then. The mis-information that is out there is absolutely mind-boggling. I have fought being overweight for 43 years. Those days are now behind me. Knowledge is power!0
