I've been noticing by the time I'm done on the eliptical (abt 45min) my feet feel numb. Any ideas why? Doesn't happen when I run or walk outside or when I do zumba.

Happens to me too, I started tying my shoes looser and it stopped. I have a fairly high instep and I think the shoelaces were putting pressure on my foot and restricting blood flow.0 -
