I have the WORST food allergies ever..especially for someone trying to lose weight. I'm allergic to raw/cooked fruits, vegetables and nuts. I have been eating low calorie soups, pies and snacks but Im getting tired of eating just that. Any suggestions?

It depends on what fruits and vegetables you're allergic to. There has to be something that you're not allergic to...it seems like you're missing a whole lot of vitamins and minerals.0 -
What about grains, cereals, fish and milk?
In your case, it is important to see an professional. You cant' make any mistake or try a sort of foods0 -
Lean meats -- chicken, turkey, tuna, seafood, fish
High protein - greek yogurt (fage 0%, chobani 0%)
Quinoa, Farro, Millet, Amaranth, whole grains

Chicken isn't really fatty, and it's not that hard to trim the fat off before you prepare it. But I'm having a hard time believing that you're allergic to EVERY fruit, veggie or nut...0 -

My dear friend...I am so sorry! Try chicken...it is the most diversified meat there is...salad with chicken, chicken salad (yes they are two different things) chicken "fried" bites, chicken baked, chicken grilled, chicken in soup, chicken, chicken, chicken...
Also, I assume you are taking vitamins and supplements, right?
I will look up some more recipes and PM you!
Hugs for my bored with food because of allergies friend!!! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:0 -
Ground turkey burgers.
Marinated pork chops (we love pork chops)
Tacos with mashed black beans instead of refried beans and ground turkey for the meat.0 -
You should check out the skinnytaste.com website. It contains alot of recipes that are healthy. Since you are allergic to alot of things - youll just have to change some ingredients depending.0
