    Hi, Not sure of your measurements, but im 167cm, 24yrs old, and current weight is about 84kg.(weigh in at gym tomorrow so will have an accurate weight then)

    i was thinking maybe doing a weight per month challenge
    and maybe a water per day challenge...any suggestions?
