I visited you all today, as well as Mr Donnay, Mr Karrimor and a host of more generic sports stores to buy support tops, sports bras and running bottoms. It was a very disappointing day.

I just wanted to mention that people who workout are not all under size 14. We curvier lasses have endurance, we have sass, and we can snap your vapid 16 year old stick insect sales assistants like twigs. You know, the ones who look down their noses at a plus size woman daring to enter the store? You may like to remember that in this economy, my cash is power.

That is all.

    Nicely said . . .
  • Try Old Navy. I think they have bigger sizes :)
  • Amen to that.
  • Try hitting up one of the specialty running stores. They had sizes that fit me and I usually can't find a decent sports bra to safe my life (44DD).

Hopefully that'll work for you - otherwise, to the internet!

    Yea- and don't forget boobies...

If you're well endowed, you are going to pay more for a good sports bra than dinner for two at a restaurant...

Stores that make customers feel unappreciated are not the smartest, that's for sure.

Hey, just a heads up... I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the Champion sports bras Ive been buying from Target. They are about $18 a piece, but Ive gotten them for as low as $12 on sale. I havent bought any other work out clothes, but Id definately try out those sports bras. They even come in some way fun colors like Neon Orange and Marble Purple! I was wearing a size 24 and the XXL fit very well. Now that Im down to an 18/19 I think Id like an XL.

Wha? I used to work retail, and we sold reebok, nike, champion, etc... apparel. I was never a twig, even at 16.

Bravo!!! Love it "I just wanted to mention that people who workout are not all under size 14. We curvier lasses have endurance, we have sass"

    Way to go!!!!

I've found exercise clothes in the larger sizes, but they still don't fit that well. The curves are in all the wrong places.
