Do they work? i know that sometimes you can gain weight in muscle and lose weight in fat but the scale will just say your heavier.
Ive been thinking about getting a scale that gives you a reading of the percentage of body fat. Do they actually work and are they accurate?
Thanks

We have a weight watchers scale that also calculates body fat. It corresponded very closely to the measurements my husband had done while competing in a gym weight loss program, both at the beginning and after a significant weight loss.0
