I speak English as my first language and can understand most Arabic, but have a harder time actually speaking it. I also have studied French, Russian, and Polish in college, but studying it in school is so much different than actually having a working knowledge of it.

    English
French - used to be fluent, not so much anymore :(
Spanish - basic - learned it on and off over the last decade. I understand loads more than I can speak. :)
Italian - took it at night school for a bit. Knew it, loved it, forgot it.
Arabic - taught myself the alphabet and random basic phrases...forgot it :(

I listen to some of the Radio Lingua programs via itunes (http://radiolingua.com/) and also various French and Spanish free lessons.

And I enjoy PRI.s The World (http://www.theworld.org/) again via itunes. I'm a language junkie :)

English 80 % of time and rest of it Russian and Bulgarian (I am getting better since my son's babysitter speaks only Bulgarian :) and I have relatives in Bulgaria as well... and very little Spanish since I used to work in one place where everybody spoke Spanish , you know mostly Spanglish lol I should say.
