My name is Kay and I'm new to MFP. I have tried losing weight before and got down to 125 but over the summer I went up to 146! Since I have been in college I have went down to 138. I am hoping to lose 5 more lbs by Thanksgiving when I see my bf. My main goal is to be 130 and toned! I would really love a support system during this journey. I would love to interact with yall and give you support as well.
