New here. Want to get healthy to have a baby.

Hi, I'm Robin. I'm 37 and the mother of 4 boys. I would like to try for 1 more child. I have a history of miscarriages and gestational diabetes. I want to be as healthy as possible before trying again. Even if that doesn't happen, I want to be healthy for myself and the family I do have. I have already lost 43 lbs. I want to get back to my wedding weight of 145 or so. My goal date is my 38th b-day, March 20. I eat around 1200 calories a day and spend an hour and a half on the elliptical every night. I jog when possible at a local park with a mile track. I can do 3 miles or so in 45 min. I am very motivated this time and don't see this stopping anytime soon.
