Hey all! For those of you who have heard of it, My Fitness Coach is a new exercise game for the Nintendo Wii. It is based on an older game for Xbox, PS2, and PC called Yourself! Fitness (Y!F). Y!F included a number of meal plans which had a ton of recipes, all based on daily calorie intake. They're really well done. They used to be hosted on the yourself!fitness website but it appears to be down. Since they were publicly available, I'm guessing its ok to share them. So, I grabbed my copies, put them in a zip file, and uploaded them for you all to enjoy.

They range from a 1200 calorie a menu, all the way up to a 3300 calorie a day menu. Each menu has 10-15 meal plans so there is no shortage of variety. Enjoy!

If any of you have any issues let me know.
Here is the link:

It's 86 megabytes, so it may take awhile for some of you to download. To use rapidshare choose free download, and once its done counting down you'll be able to download - no need to purchase a subscription even though they mention it all over their site.

And just as a disclaimer, if anyone works for responDesign and has an issue with me posting these, please send me a PM and I'll take them down immediately :)

Whereas wii fit is more about being cute and fun, My Fitness Coach is more like going to a gym/aerobics class. I still haven't purchased it, but if its like the original you set up a detailed fitness profile, and it slowly increases in intensity based on your performance and how you feel afterwards. There's also a lot more exercises.

Thanks for mentioning this. I have the Yourself!Fitness for the PS2 and wondered if it just died off. Is the new one Maya again?
