Finally Normal!

Ok, first NSV I have posted on here, but I'm pretty darn pleased with it!
Today my BMI is officially 24.9 - I'm finally NORMAL
...well, as normal as I'll ever be lol
Now, I know BMI is a stupid chart blah blah, but it was one of my first goals when I started this 'journey'.
So my BMI has gone from 43.2 to 24.9
Morbidly obese to NORMAL....woop woop!

WOW that's AWESOME! Congratulations!!! I know how great it feels & its soo fulfilling. I can very much relate to you & although I never been morbidly obese but before, I had a BMI of 30.2 which classified me as obese & now I'm at the middle normal of BMI at 21.8. :happy:0

You are awesome! I am around 311 right now. Tell me how great you joints feel right now....and how you can tie your shoes.....and how you can travel without worrying about the size of airplane seats...sit in lawn chairs without thinking they will cave in.....what a dream.0
