So I'm so new to this that I don't even know if I'm doing this right! Trying to stay positive, reading everyone else's posts is so helpful! Encouragement would be great! God Bless! : )

    Logging takes some getting used to.
    I was confused when I first joined--but it's easy once you get the hang of it. =]

    goal 1: log in everyday!!!!!!!!! that is a hard one for some of us but it is important.
    goal 2: staying within your limits for food and drinking your water
    goal 3: to stick with it... we all fall off the truck sometimes but its a matter of having the courage to get back up and start again!

  • Be encouraged! Log everything everyday! Drink the water, sometimes drinking it can be hard but need to do it! Use the zero or low calorie flavor sticks to help you if needed, or put your favorite kind of tea bag in to lightly scent and flavor the water, this helps me. You Can Do It! Best of luck to you!
