Thursday Mini Challenge

Options
Today's challenge is: Squats

Let's do 200 of them.

You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 200 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

My challenges are open to all and if you want to log them they are callisthenics.

    oh bugger me and squats have a mutual agreement if they leave me alone i will leave them alone....lol... but well we can only but try.. not sure if i will get 200 but will give it a go..

    i would just like to say it is 916 at night here please read my post up there ^^^^^... I have just done 100,,,squats me yes me.. my god i did squats 100 of them i did have to take small breaks little ones but i just did 100 squads.. my heart rate is up i am hot and sweaty but my lord i have done 100 squats... my thighs are burning but i am so damn proud of myself

    Squats done legs killing but worth it feel like I have more energy now!!! And my 2 year old did about 3 bless him.:smile:

    dont think i'll manage 200 in one go but going to give it a go. might split them up and do them throughout the day.... or is that cheating??? :D

    Today I did Legs & back -Hope I gt in 200....Lets check.... 164 plus 3min of wall squats and 2 min of Chair Salutation -- Close enough!

    OK...200 squats...DONE! Physically, my knees are killing me now and I'm sure that my legs will hurt in the morning, but mentally I feel great!!! Thanks for the challenge!

    I did 201 all at one time.....I had a handful of peanut M&Ms waiting as motivation :)
