Stuffed Turkey Chops
Haven't shared a recipe in a while, but had to share these they are yummy!!!
8 Turkey chops(I use Shady Brooke Farms boneless turkey breast chops)
8 Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb wedges
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 bag of dole spinach
1 container of sliced mushrooms
minced garlic
I washed off the turkey chops then put 1 wedge in each chop and folded it over and secured it with a toothpick. Then I used 2 tablespoons of olive oil and on medium/high heat I pan seared the turkey chops. In a seperate pan I had 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and placed the sliced mushrooms sauteed them a little then added the bag of spinach, and added the minced garlic. Let the spinach wither a little, then added it back to the turkey chops. Put a lid on it and let it cook together about 15 minutes. It was yummy! The kids enoyed them too! I served mine with mashed potatoes! My husband said that he felt like he was at Outback!!
