Low calorie protein shakes? :)

(I know this kinda sounds like I'm ordering from a diner, but I'm so picky and I've had bad experiences with anything that comes in shake form. :frown: )

I am not sure where you are based but a version I get here in Australia is Horleys Sculpt for women- its low calorie and comes in Chocolate, Vanilla, Banana and Berry- its light and doesnt taste like a traditional protein shake. But you have to add ice cubes- the colder it is the better.
* with the Vanilla one you can add a real banana to it in a blender to make it a meal (and make it banana flavoured)
It is also the only low-cal gluten free one I could find.

But It sounds pretty good and legit.
I'll look into it.

Mmmmmm Sculpt is delish! I have had it every day for breakfast, and sometimes for lunch too, and just never get sick of it! I add LSA to mine as an extra boost.0
