90lbs in (with pics)

Its been a long journey - but I am over half way from my HW (315) to my GW (160). With 90lbs lost in total (60lbs since MFP SW) I only have 65lbs to go.
I like to compare photos every now and then - it helps keep me encouraged to see how far I have come.

MFP has really taught me how imporantant moderation is. I can never thank the developers enough for creating this life saving tool - I am sure many of you feel the same.

I have learned to watch what I eat - learned to love the gyym (especially after a stressful day at work) and Jillian Michaels dvds help keep me going : )

    Great loss. The pictures tell the story of your journey. Stay focussed and you will get to your 160 and stay there without gaining back any of the weight.

    What type of exercises do you do?

    My typical gym routine:
    I usually start with my cardio:
    12 minutes of interval running
    24 minutes of stairmaster
    (sometimes bike/eliptical)

    weights (all 3 sets of 12)
    chest press
    leg press
    abductor
    auductor
    crunch machine

    I completely Jillian Michaels 30DayShred a few months ago
    Currently working on Ripped in 30.
    I also LOVE long walks (1h+)
