Hi everyone, my name is Shawn. Not really sure what to write, but here I go! I'm a former Marine, now 33 years old, and living in Victorville, CA. Since I left the Corps I've put on a couple pounds, and just got to that point where I'd like to slim back down. I've heard peple talk about MFP, and it sounded ok I just hope to use it more for inspiration and to find like minded individuals! It's not an easy road to lose weight, but lets get it on!
