    WOW that's AWESOME! Congratulations!!! I know how great it feels & its soo fulfilling. I can very much relate to you & although I never been morbidly obese but before, I had a BMI of 30.2 which classified me as obese & now I'm at the middle normal of BMI at 21.8. :happy:

    You are awesome! I am around 311 right now. Tell me how great you joints feel right now....and how you can tie your shoes.....and how you can travel without worrying about the size of airplane seats...sit in lawn chairs without thinking they will cave in.....what a dream.
