  • it depends on what you choose, we are big indian fans. I will have chicken tikka [no sauce] saag aloo and 2 poori breads, or 1 naan bread and it will be under 600, but my hubby will have a saucey curry with rice and a naan and it will be loads! Hope you find something and enjoy it!

Vodka and diet coke is good for calories!

And takeaways I think it doesn't matter where you go but it's the choices for food you make at the place

Or you could just have a big blow out and enjoy yourself!

Sorry I can't be more help!
  • Best choice for alcohol is to not drink or drink little honestly.

When I do drink I have vodka and diet soda :] Lower cals. Bud light isnt that bad of a choice if you aren't having that many either

I occasionally go for Taco Bell, Fresco style. You can get a couple of chicken tacos with no cheese for 180 calories each.

Chicken dishes instead of red meats. You'd be surprised how many calories you can save! sauces should be on the side where possible, and dry rubs instead of marinades are better in general.

Alternatively, do a really good workout today, then choose EXACTLY what you want tonight an enjoy it!

last time i drank and took away i felt like crap the next day. I had a jewlery party and there was a cheese tray, veggie tray and a fruit tray. All great foods but nothing to soak up the 2 jack on the rocks i had. So if your gonna drink make sure u have something that will help settle the beer/wine/liquor you plan on having.
  • The big issue with alcohol is that your body views it as a toxin and will stop at nothing to get rid of it, it even suspends the metabolizing of fats / carbs / proteins until the alcohol is gone. :( scary I know.

    This

I think takeaways are difficult because independent ones all cook their food so differently that the same dish can vary greatly in calories from one place to another.

Maybe go for a chain like Dominos or Pizza Hut where their nutritional information is available online?

Small fish and chips is around 500 cals.
