    Hello Friends!!! I am happy I found this site, because I am tired of paying for diets!!! I will do it for free. I love the app for my ipad. I want to lose about 25 lbs. I tried WW and QWLC, but since I am unemployed right now I don't have the money to pay for weight loss. I know I can do it, because the tools for this plan are excellent!!!
