I have been seeing a lot of recipes that call for "protein sludge" and I wanna know, what is this stuff? I have never used protein powder, but these yummy recipes are making me want to try it. Someone fill me in as to how I can incorporate this into my life :)

There are a wide variety of protein powders....flavored and unflavored....to choose from. Depends on the recipe, I guess as to whether you want chocolate or vanilla or a fruit flavor,or no flavor at all. Sometimes I add a scoop of GNC AMP Wheybolic Chocolate into my Jello SFFF instant pudding. Changes the consistency a bit, but still yummy.

I usually try to be nice on the boards but....

Are you just making stuff up???

You should try for about a gram of protein per pound of lean body mass. This helps maintain muscle as you lose weight. You will naturally lose some muscle along with fat, but eating protein and lifting weights help minimize this.
