Hi all, Ihave just started today...... does any one know how much fat i shouldneat a day, so far i have had 26 grams? best of luck to you all!!

    Check out your food diary. It will give you a good estimate. Then if you want you can shoot for staying under it.

    Depends on the fat you are eat, to a point. With that said, the guildlines MFP estimates are decent.

    Your food diary does calculate a number for you based upon the data you have in your profile plus your goals. Not sure how correct that number is, but it is something!

    Mfp gives u a number, just stick with that is what I do. The number will go down as u lose weight, and up when u add in excercising on a day to day basis. If ur trying to be healthy and not just lose weight, ull want to stick with healthy fats, like fat from lean meats, nuts, natural peanutbutter, avacodos, olive oil, etc...and not fats from vegetable oil/crisco (deep fried items) and junk things.
