    My question: Why are people focused so much on the numbers of the scale...rather than inches, body fat percentage or the reflection they see in the mirror???

    Number on the scale means absolutely nothing...sad hearing people state,
    "I'm so frustrated, the scale hasn't moved...but I've lost inches and my clothes fit better"

    You fill the 5 gallon and empty it into the 3 gallon leaving 2 gallons.

    Empty the 3 gallon.

    Poor the remaining 2 gallons into the 3 gallon pail.

    Refill the 5 gallon and use it to fill the remaining space in the 3 gallon pail.


    Voila - 4 gallons left in your 5 gallon pail.
