65+ pounds lost (some embarrassing before photos)

Okay - so this is my third post to show an update on my progress. I am taking a risk here and adding some 'shirt-off' pictures to show the difference. At first I didn't want to do this, but after some convincing, here goes nothing! :happy:
The back-end story - I was just over 245 at my heaviest. The before picture(s) show me at just about my heaviest, maybe a little bit lighter. Regardless, obviously a change was needed. It has been a great journey and I couldn't have done it without MFP (and the friends I have met on here).

This was a complete life change and I will never turn back! BTW - add me as a friend - the more the merrier!
