5-Day Inferno Plan from Turbo Fire

Hello everyone,

I have been reading about the 5-Day Inferno Plan from turbo fire. I would like to give it a try but I got a copy of the videos from a friend and did not get any of the booklets that come when you buy the program. Will anyone here be nice enough to share with me the schedule for the program and give me an idea on the menu?
