50 lbs down- half way there w/pics

This is when I weighed 291 lbs. I was so ashamed I couldn't even take my shirt off. this was probably one of the lowest points in my life. December 2009

Here I am today 50 lbs lighter and though I still have about 35 lbs to lose I am ashamed no longer.

    I am going to have to show these to my Hubby. He feels the same way that you did about taking his shirt off in front of people... This might help keep him motivated
