I'm finally going to do this

Hi there. I'm not totally new to this. I signed up in Sept but then let it slide. I'm a mom of 3 wonderful children and I want to be able to play with them and go to cheerleading practice and not feel crummy because I am the only overweight mommy there... Plus my husband is tall and skinny (130lbs soaking wet) and I'd love to feel super sexy next to him. I bought "The Biggest Loser" 30 Jump Start and now I just have to figure out how to calculate the calories I've burned and I'll be good.

Making up your mind to do it was the first hurdle. Next is getting into a routine of actually doing the excerises so when counting the calories for a particiular excerise you should use the excerise at the core of the movements such as jumping jacks, pushups, situps, and so forth. And there are some excerises listed in the database under the actual program names your following. Good luck and keep going.0
