Does anyone know of a good firming lotion product? I've used some in the past but I didn't really like it. I live in Colorado so I have to lather up all day long.

A good girlfriend of mine had liposuction about a year ago and the plastic surgeon told her to use Loreal's firming lotion (vs giving her a Rx - he said it was just as good). There is a daytime formula and a nighttime formula. I actually just got it last week to start using and so far so good.0

I don't know the name of it but maybe you might know what I'm talking about...
You know that company that makes a cocoa butter for women who are pregnant to prevent stretch marks? It is really great for just regular lotion btw, but they also make a firming product that should be pretty good. It is a great company. I wish I knew the name, sorry!0 -
Stri-Vectin? (or something like that)
Actually - Nivea's No More Cellulite is great for firming.0 -

OK, feeling stupid here, but what exactly does a firming lotion do?0

The best stuff I ever used was a green algae based one which was kinda gel-ish. It smoothed out my fat and made it all tighten up together so much that I could wear a size smaller after 2 weeks of using it! Can't remember the name, it was mailorder and the company disappeared.0

It does nothing, total waste of money, I'm a plastic surgery junkie, and i've never ever heard a doc, recommend ANY product other than a moisturizer and sunscreen. Firming lotion, is supposed to plump the skin, which is does do, for about an hour...it doesn't last because it can't get deep enough to affect the tissue, can't replace collagen unless you have something injected, wrinkles don't go away unless you use botox to soften and possibly restylane/perlane to fill in the wrinkles, or a face lift, which scares the hell outta me, not ready for that yet!....If these products actually worked, there would be absolutely no need for plastic surgeons...doing procedures like botox, restylane, perlane, fat transfers.....list goes on and on, and i've tried em all! can you tell I have too much time and too much money on my hands! lol...not to mention i'm just a slight bit vain....and that's ok by me!0 -
It seems if there actually was such a product you wouldnt have to ask,,.,it would be on every shelf in every store worldwide0
