I Need a Challenge

I joined MFP about a month or so ago. I have yet to join in a challenge but would really like to do one to keep myself motivated. I hate to join in the middle of a challenge. I'm entirely too OCD and like to start things at the beginning (weird I know). Are there any challenges starting today or this week?

I use a HRM but its how ever you calculate your calories burned.0 -
