HELP!

My name is Carrie and I'm from Ohio. My doctor told me I need to lose at LEAST 20 lbs (although I'd like to make it closer to 30lbs). He suggested I join Weight Watchers because I'm the kind of person who needs alot of encouragement. The problem is that I can't afford that. So I found MFP and am hoping I can do this on my own. BUT...I'm still the kind of person who needs lots of encouragement...will you help me? Thanks

I just sent you an add request. I've lost 26 pounds since June, just using mfp, I did weight watchers for a year, and lost less than I have in the 4 months on here0

Thats good to know it can be done alone. Thanks!!0

I am the same way. I can't do it alone and I need to stop being in denial. Lets be honest to each other. Sometimes the truth can hurt but it needs to be heard.0
