Motivators Wanted

Hello everyone!

I'm looking for motivators since I'm now on the home stretch toward my goal weight. I've lost 30lbs so far, and now I need to lose the remaining 23 lbs. Since the weather has starting getting colder I find myself getting lazier, especially in the morning. I used to wake up at 5:30 and get my work out in right away. Now I find myself not even setting the alarm! I need help to get back on track and lose the rest by the new year.

Who can be my helpers???

    I'm right there with you. I have lost 30lbs and have about 26lbs more to go. I'll cheer you on and we can do this. Congrats on the 30lbs loss. :o)

    I'm there too. I lost 32 and have 28 more to go. My energy level isn't there as much. And like you since its getting cold, it cuts out tennis playing for me.
  • Me three! I need to stay on track. I have a good 8 friends who are GREAT who also some who I've never even heard from. I love the motivation. Anyone who has posted feel free to add me if you log on often and we can help each other out :)
