Hi, I just joined yesterday so today is my first day tracking (wow, is it eye-opening!). I had lost 50lbs but then became pregnant and put that all back on so my goal is to lose the baby weight and then some. Thankfully the weather is starting to cool down here in the desert so I take my baby boy for a walk. I'm excited for this journey, I know it isn't easy but it helps to know I've done it before.
