I started MFP the 25th May and have lost 43 pounds so far, still a VERY long way to go but i already feel so much fitter and healthier, i have had so much advice and support along the way from friends and family but mostly from my MFP friends so a big thanks to you all.

    thank you, phew took a while for us to get the pic to show. since you cant read the writing i'll tell you more or less what it says, the first pic was taken around June i think, i was about 12 pounds down from when i started, the second pic was taken this evening in exactly the same clothes, you can't tell in the pic but they are HUGE on me now and the third pic was also this evening in clothes 2 sizes smaller than when i started although the jeans are too big on me mow as well :)
