    one of these days i need to order them pita, someone else told me about them to.
    them mission carb balance are goood but ole ( i think) has an extreme health hi fiber low carb i like better.
    but harder to find.

    Grilled chicken - can eat that every day in fact I was

    pb and j sandwich Jif Natural / Strawberry or Marrion Berry on Natures own 80 cal wheat bread

    I love me some Apples, all kinds - Favorites are Ambrosia, Green, Goldens and the occasional Red Delicious

    My downfall is jelly belly beans - 4 calories per I can control myself to 5 a day...
